If you have a case out of the city, alert me when you book the case to ensure that I can accommodate the unpaid travel time that the mediation will require in light of what else might be booked that day. It is difficult for me to travel more than approximately an hour but I can do it if I have sufficient notice. I do not want special treatment but if your carrier routinely pays mediator's travel time, let me know this as well because it allows me to forgo another booking that day so time will not be a problem.
